But it's true that he shone most from 1998 to 2006 and faded out afterwards. It's hard to find players who have performed at their best for the exact 10 years, though.
But I concede that I am biased, so he may not objectively have a place in others teams. He does in mine.
Edit - Yep, Brazil's Ronaldo.

I like the young Penguins for todays stars. My Habs don't seem to be going anywhere again this year.
