It's way too early to count any chicken, but it's looking that way so far. Atlético is a mess, Porto played much worse than they can and still won 2-0. I expect the games with APOEL to be hard fought.

Hey, careful with APOEL. They scratched a draw from a Atlético, wounded
yet dangerous, and now barely a 1-0 with Chelsea.
By the way, how come nobody has approached Hulk with a contract?
The man is a machine! He played Perea like a toy and Perea is one
of the fastest in the Spanish league!

He's only leaving when Porto decides to sell. His buy-out clause is 100 million.
The sales of Lisandro, Lucho and Cissokho were worth more than 60 million, so there was no space for him to take the spotlight last year and be sold for what he can be sold. This year, he's expected to come to the center stage. Falcao has been amazing so far, too, and Fernando could also become another great sale.

Bruno Alves is also very sought out.
Yup, Porto is quite famous for selling expensive, at least to Spanish
teams. Definitely there's a good management in there.
By the way, what happened to the goalkeeper? I remember him being
worst than pork meat for dinner!

I want to see 'em performing against Chelsea.
Helton is probably the most underrated keeper in the international press. 🙂
He's a great keeper, anyone from Portugal would agree Porto is well served there. He had one or two shockers in the CL knock-out stages (could be coincidence or choking on the big stage, the jury is still out on that), but he's regularly good at home, even during big games.
Barcelona defeated* and Liverpool too, though this time there's no
red beach ball to blame 😛
Inter gave a lesson of effort in order to balance lack of ideas and
managed a 2-2, and AZ Alkmaar had quite some luck to draw with
the Gunners in the last minute.
and rangers 1-4 LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i'm struggling to work out what i laughed at more tonight, ranger getting stuffed at home by ???? 😵 or liverpoo getting done in the 90th min and looking like they might not qualify for the last 16.
Originally posted by Palynka I wouldn't be surprised, Unirea are a good side. I certainly rate them higher than I do Rangers.
they're used to winning, the other two (specially this season) are not. that's why i liked the idea of having more champions in the 'champions' league, they have a winning mentality and might cause a few more shocks than the likes of celtic.
