Roger Federer must be approaching that level. Rafa Nadal too.. both rediculously fit and incredible tennis players (debatably the hardest 'television sport'😉.

Its difficult to settle on just one athlete as being the greatest so lets name 10 greatest athletes of all time ,that way we might get a pretty good idea.

I have no idea how you rate athletes but to put Ben Johnson who had his world record stripped because of steriod use when you could put someone like Carl Lewis who one 9 sprinting gold metals seems questionable.
