    david tebb has often been this site's highest rated player .. and one of rhp's best for a long time ... and may still be the best ... he deserves the title more than anyone ... though 2002 and 2003 champion would be more appropriate than a 2006 label.

    Simple enough. Too many choo-choo's in that tourney for my liking.
