Everyone is playing by the same rules, so everyone who has one good match and goes over 1400 is in the same boat. In general, everyone will be playing in higher bands now - the biggest change will be a sharp reduction in effective sandbaggers.

No offense mate, but I've been wondering why I consistently have a higher rating than you but always have such a difficult time in our matches.
tough I always put more effort playing higher rated players 😉 sometimes just when im not being lazy.
