Clan Tournaments Setup

I heard a rumour that Russ was setting up a process such that clans could have internal tournaments. I see that Smiffy's Pawn Stars seem to have created one such tournament.

Does anyone know (before I email Russ) how one would go about this?

Also, in the setup can you choose who gets to play who?
