Country tournament

Maybe you have one HUGE tourney....

First round, each country fights it out to select their champion.

If there is a tie, the one with the highest rating at the completion of the round advances.

The next rounds are groups of four, following standard rules.

perhaps have 50 boards to include more players:
top board is worth 50 points, 2nd board 49 points, 3rd board 48 points etc

probly best to just experiment with 3 or 4 boards first.
