I'm looking for grouped banded but with shorter times eg 1/7. I started taking parts in tourneys in Jan and have not yet got to the second round in any of them.

yes getting to the second round is tough ...
even in the Easter '06 Grouped Banded 1600-1800 you will probably get knocked out straight away ...

Thats why I love duels. It is much easier to get to the second round with only 1 opponent.

I wasnt actually talking about it being tough. I will make it to the second round in the January banded tournament but it is taking so long.

I've already qualified for the second round of Sprint Grouped Iota 1/7 which started a few weeks ago but as its not banded I dont have a hope of wining.

theres four or five new tourneys all full now so can we start them please? ive been waiting for the sprint split to fill up for a while now, so lets get it going 🙂 I cant wait to kick some 1700 rated butt hahaha🙄

Well they're better because firstly you get less games and secondly you have a chance of winning and progressing in the tourney!
