and one more thing guys... i will be out of station for the next 20 days sue to my audit commitments. so i won't be able to make my moves. if its ok, then i will be in the tournament. if not then i will move out.

1) Whether you accept or not is irrelevant. However, I acknowledged in an e-mail to Macbone that you had a superior material count and told him to give you the win if you wanted it.
2) If you wanted me to wait indefinitely, you should have said something rather than expect me to figure it out. This is not the first time you have exceeded the time limit in our game, and the last time I gave you 2 days' grace without hitting the skull.
3) What is the point of you accepting a 3/3 if you will routinely be unable to fulfill the requirement?
4) I have 2 wins by virtue of timeout. How many do you have, Hari?
Regarding the 3/3, Cojack is correct. This tournament's lasted long enough, guys. If you know you won't be able to move for a couple of days, please let your opponent know.
Cojack, I'll accept your generous offer to award the timed-out game to hari, even though that game was far from being over.
