Why are the groups yet again not fair in average group rating? Were the groups picked randomly? Groups 1 has by far the strongest average group rating.

That has always been the problem with the tournaments here on RHP.

The first groups are much tougher than the rest!

I have suggested the use of random number generator, but no feedback!
