fair enough. but i like the birds so i play it 95% of the time.

as white, I always play d4.. you eventually learn all the combinations and know what to do.. since sticking to that, my rating has climbed.. now playing as black on the other hand.. I just can't find the opening I like..

well i'm proud to annouce I have the rather dubious honour of losing the first game in the tournament to fierytorment. he played far to well for me and i didn't quite realise what had happened until it was too late!

oh crap... he's playing the exact same opening against me. I played f4 against him. My only game doing so though. I'll be sure to refer to your game as this one progresses. Game 1341146

Freddie, opening with f4 is very dubious in my book, thats why it looked easy
