Once again I entered a banded tournament to find the first player on the list is a provisional 1390+ in the 0-1299 banded group. Where is the fairness?

I think it should be a priority class A thing too, by now.

We just need some volunteers (I don't mind being one) to inspect a certain band just before the start of a tournament. Each volunteer determines if a certain player once had a rating according to the graph of, say, 100 or 200 points above the band restriction.

My rating has been climbing from 1100 to almost 1400! Half of them I got from timeouts. Hmmmmm, got a feeling I'm going to be kicked in this banded Tournament...

Only 19 spots left in the 1300-1599 tournament!

Why do we still have a p1400+ and a p1500+ in the 0 -1299 band?
