thanks for the answers guys, but he now has a vac. sign up on his name and in the action box. i at this time can not claim this time out. it looks like he osmarted the system.
That's not outsmarting the system, that's exactly what the system is designed to do (you can't be timed out when you're on vacation). You just have to wait for the guy's vacation to end. Although the idea is he'll move before turning the vacation off, and continue playing.

Please, let me say again. he has no time at all, nothing. so he can stay on vacation forever. he has one sign on his name and one in the action BOX. so this is why i cannot clam the time out.

He can only leave his vacation flag up for a certain amount of time. 36 days per year, so will not remain that way indefinitely.

If the game is 3 7, he has 3 days per move and a 7 day timebank right?
Once he moves (before the vacation symbol comes down probably) he will once again have 3 days per move for his next move. And every move after that.
His timebank is gone - but as long as he keeps moving within 3 days - he is within the rules of the game and can not be timed out.
