When do the tournament mods start?

I think this is one of the topics that needs resolution. Even after the changes there are still sandbagging b tards that wreck most of the banded tournaments.

Is there already an agreement on the tournament mods?

AFAIK Russ and Chris have not said they will be implementing any such thing. I don't think it's sandbaggers that are causing you trouble, just people who are too new to the site to have a well established rating.
