I don't think anyone got booted out of the forum. I think the leaders realized that the forum is a waste of time when people are fighting all the time. If it is productive then you will see more players and leaders jump in with their opinion.
I stopped looking on the clan forum for a long time when all that was posted were insults and personal vendettas

You are correct. It is so much nicer like this. It's hard sometimes to get challenges because the leaders are nasty, or argue over a two player match. These are the leaders that don't belong in the seat. Leaders who are easy to work with is what you want. And people who don't trash you in the forums.
