We walk a different path young padawan.

We aim to bring integrity back to the clan system...
Oh Great One, the first step may be to learn how Clan Challenges work, and how to work as A Team/Clan. It is not an individual effort as our New Novice Clan Leader will soon learn, providing he sticks with it. I see you are in his Clan. How much do you know about leading a Clan Challenge??? 😉

Whether my clan is heading for a win or a loss in a given challenge, I will continue to methodically dismember my assigned opponent and pickle their brains.

A team is at its best when it shares the same honourable principles of righteous superiority.

IF you want to have Star War Fantasies and play out Lost Challenge games, be my guest. 🙂

Are you saying winning Teams have no honor? OR like your New Novice Leader just jealousy rising its ugly head? 😉

If you had one ounce of integrity and were honorable you wouldn't be crapping on a comment from another Clan Leader congratulating a Clan in their obvious win this year!

It is perfectly possible to be a winning team without compromising honour.

YES INDEED!!! You show us all how it is done Oh Great and might one!!!

Draw as much attention to yourselves as you can.

Try to find some humility along the way!

It takes a lot of hard work and many challenges to win a Clan Challenge, I don't know that your clan has it in you, I hope I am wrong of course as we do love a good FAIR challenge. 🙂 My Clan leader gave your Novice Leader a few easy Challenges I assume because he is a Novice Leader. That will STOP in the New Year!!!

Al, thank you for the kind and very gracious remarks. You have a wonderful group of people in your team, loyal to you, and you are in it every year yourself. I wish lots of luck in winning it next year as you have the team to do it.

All my best to you and have a great New Year to you and your family. Peace and health as well.

Thank you again, it was very kind of you.

Thank you for your gracious comment Al. Sincerely, that was very kind of you. I'd like to thank everyone who has congratulated us on a huge year. If people look at our stats, we simply just played more. We lost more than any clan and won more as well. I know your team is in it every year and you have a wonderful group of people in your team. Happy New year to you as well.

Our team has more honor, and more class than those who are eating sour grapes. Very Rusty was correct, I did give Trevor a few easy challenges to ease his way into things. I gave him a lot of advice on how I do things in order to help him. I never once got a thank you. He sent a match over to me that wasn't horrible but it needed tweaking to make it closer. That is how I make my challenges, as close as I possibly can. That way either team has a chance to win.

When I bounced it back to him I got a five year old response with him calling me unfair among other things. I won't deal with leaders who constantly argue, debate, and bounce back and forth and give you a verbal diatribe on how I am wrong. Makes no sense.

I want to thank ALL the leaders who played us fairly and played us all the time they could. I believe without the teams participating and playing as much as they do maybe we don't win at all. I'd like to think we share this championship with all the leaders who played us and did it with a smile, and sometimes a debate. Which is all normal and fun.

I admire and respect almost all the leaders and they do a great job with their teams. I also thank Metallica, Fred built a dynasty there that won't be repeated and he gave everyone the blue print on how to win. Those who use it will always be in the hunt for the win. My team uses his playbook at least as much as we could figure out. We also do things differently in some areas and I can't thank Very Rusty enough, without his help, I don't believe there would be a championship.

I'd like to congratulate my team for all their hard work, effort, and all the games they played without complaint. They are all wonderful people and I am proud to be a small part on our team. They are highly talented chess players, which they have proved.

As for resigning a few games to leave lost or potentially lost challenges in the previous year is not sandbagging. Once again, the definition was not used correctly. When my teams ratings go up and down which happens when you play the amount of games they do, it's my job to pair them up with players of the same talent. I don't care about the ratings. As long as I do my best to put players against opponents at the same level. It may not happen 100 percent of the time, but then again, not one team does that one hundred percent of the time.

I know this by the challenges I get. Sometimes I just scratch my head. Ratings are a guide, nothing more. Sandbagging is placing your players against opponents who are hundreds of points below your players. Never in a million years would any leader get away with that. Nobody. And my players would not like that and most likely have a huge talk with me if I ever did.

That is why research on players is important so you can make the best challenges possible. Which myself and my team do. They are all honorable people who I am proud to call my team.

Again, congratulations to all the leaders for the hard work they put in, and all the games and challenges they played. Well done on where they placed and how hard they worked.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and a peaceful and healthy new year. You all deserve it. Even the people who may have issues with me. I can't please everyone. But I do hope everyone is safe and happy going forward. All of you deserve a wonderful new year.

God bless,
Sincerely,
Michael

More clans that compete for it the better. It's more fun. Very Rusty has always said that. He is a huge advocate for more clans fighting for the championship.

However, We are not easy to beat as you can see. 🙂 After all, we are the champs! Happy New to you Ghost!
