It's interesting that this is the 2021 season but some clans have challenges in progress that started in 2019

Probably doesn't make any difference overall though?

yes indeed my clan has some old challenges going, my point was that i'm not asking players to resign to win or lose a challenge to be able to start another one against that clan if at max. of 3, just letting them do their thing and it will finish sometime, i have one challenge over a year old where only 15 moves have been made by each player
