Finally I agree on something with seitse. Indeed there is not much wrong with Satie. If you want perhaps more complex piano music then try Scriabin or Granados. Nothing wrong with simplicity but sometimes ones ear craves a more involved work. Beethoven's late sonatas are in this category as well.

not the best, just the only one where Medeski plays all piano. 'It's a Jungle in Here' Might be my favorite, but that is mostly Hammond B3 and Wulitzer.

The more recent and thoroughly excellent Radiolarans II has piano all over it too. 'It's a Jungle in Here' is my desert island pick too, btw.
