Without question, Suzianne. Nothing is better than a live drummer. However, my son's band lost their drummer because he's off to college in another state and coming up with a new and equally good drummer is a tall order. Just look at Led Zeppelin after Bonham's death. They fell apart because Bonham was so unique and gifted and because of the manner of his death too, no doubt. Many bands would be but mere shadows of their greatness without a great drummer. Rush comes to mind!
