As for crossing state lines the whole issue boils down to proximity of abortion clinics, they're still there, some with open welcoming arms, get on a plane and go there, nowhere in the US is more than a day away, no passport, no visa.
Texas has a bounty-hunter law that punishes anyone helping someone to get an abortion even if they leave the state. What if a 10 yr old was raped in that state?
This is the result of those conservative Justices overturning Roe v. Wade.
