Many TV political talking heads are now predicting a GOP comback in 2014, and rightly so. Despite infighting with the tea party, and unpopular stances on a number of issues, I see the GOP making impressive gains in the elections of 2014 for a reason that's too often overlooked. Republican voters are more diciplined in their voting habits than Democratic voters. Democrats generate a lot of energy, but cannot sustain it. The GOP is not as flashy, but is more consistent. An interesting contrast. 😏

Irrelevant. They don't make laws which cater to the wealthy at the expense of the rest of us.
Honestly, the middle class keeps shrinking every year no matter who is in power. This type of thinking is infantile.
As for the GOP, I could care less. If put in power, they will continue to run insane deficits and do nothing about Obamacare. Useless is too good a word for them.
Originally posted by bill718Barring something strange happening, it will be a good election for the GOP. They'll solidify the House and gain seats in the Senate. The only real question at this point is whether the Republicans will re-take the Senate. I'd put their chances right now at something like 45%.

I say to hell with all this talk about money. After all, what fun is that? I say the DNC runs on gay sex. I think that is something we can all "get behind". 😛
