Big Pharma lying to make billions is an objective. Who created C19 is not relevant to big pharma making money from it. They are making billions regardless of the origin. If you want to know about allegations of an intentional release of SARS2 you can look into Igor Nikulin if you are interested. He is a highly respected expert, unlike me.
