So, for you RHP is something... real? ... trascendental?
Oh my goodness, you are worst than I thought. Ok, so I change
"personalities", i.e. profiles, from italian dictator to wrestler to member
of the Village People, to Mariachi musician. Oh my goodness... what a
troubled person π
On the other "issue" I won't go deeper about your "undefined
personality"... I am still a gentleman and at least your
passport says you are a lady... so let's leave it that way.

Some people, like you, choose to hide their real self behind internet personae, for whatever reason. A lot of people play roles in real life as well, so there's not much difference. The two people from TFC I have met in real life were much like I had expected them to be, as they were not the type of persons who hide who they are.

The other "issue" only exists in your mind. If you are uncertain about my gender, that's not my problem.

Got your shinny new little Larousse of Synonyms, uh?
Anyhow, it's nice that you have embraced hypocrisy as a way of life. Honesty is the best policy.

Communication is all about context. I do not act exactly the same in a marriage and in a funeral, at work or among family, nor when speaking in person or typing in an internet forum.
I'm even generally different depending whether I type in Site Ideas or General. I don't hide anything and I'm not a hypocrite.
Edit - I'm not entering your discussion with Seitse, just going on a tangent.

I prefer to have fun and next month be a circus contortionist or a jazz musician. You have fun correcting people in your obsessive compulsive style. I have fun changing my profile. So be it.
I rest my case.
P.S. By the way, I choose to hide my real self from people here exactly because I am afraid of weirdos. Like you.
Originally posted by PalynkaI never got the impression that you were hiding behind a persona. And I didn't mean to imply that people act the same way in all situations or settings. So when I say that the people from TFC I have met in "real life" (which is a pretty stupid term, but I lack something better) were much like I expected them to be, it doesn't mean they were just the same as online or that I could predict exactly how they would be in "real life". What I mean is that I felt I was meeting the same person, even though I could see aspects of the personality/person that I couldn't see online and vice versa.
