Ok, you do that.
It has forests, and flowers and vineyards, and mountains and lakes and rivers and streams and birds, deer, now even wolves are making a reappearance. It has vibrant cities, educated young people and cared for elderly.
I would fight for that.

The only reason for fighting for a barren desert is what ? .......
Religious conviction .
Take a look at the area on Google Earth. Israel is green and fertile, and Gaza is barren. You almost dont need a line to tell you where the boundary is.

After all, it can't be totally barren, the Israeli's are doing something with it just two miles down the road.

A lot of the fertile land was taken, rivers where diverrted and resorces / money limited.
Without thoses, it not easy to cultivate land

Wolves? Hallelujah! Where?
also, just down the road in Bavaria, a bear was spotted (and then shot) last year.
Another bear was spotted this year, but he hasn't killed any sheep yet, so he's not being hunted. Maybe the bears and humans are learning.
I love London, but I miss the mountains of home

I have always been of the opinion that peaceful protests are a guaranteed way to sucess for the Ps.
As long as you keep prodding a cornered cat, it will keep lashing out at you. Any justification Israel might have in attacking into Israeli lands will be eroded once the Ps stop hitting Israel.
But recent events suggest that the Ps will mess it up even without the Israelis involvment.

I thought you were British. Well, nice to have wolves back, although they're the one telling scary stories about humans now!

I was born in Zurich to a swiss mother and hold Swiss nationality. I also speak the language. My national security number is ......
I was saddened when the bear was shot. He was in the papers for months, and then suddenly someone whacked him.

For example, if you had to carry a card, where stopped each time you went to work, randomly beat up by the army, treated like a second class person and your house demolised due to the actions of someone else in your extented family, can you honestly say that you go to peaceful protest ?
Peaceful protest is a good way, but its not the reality of the situation.
Personally I donlt think Israel gives a monkeys what anyone thinks and no ampunt of pressure can change their minds if they donlt want to change themselevs
