You don't think some colleges are better than others? My college, Palomar College in San Marcos California had a great musician as my teacher among retired admirals. My music teacher there was Howard Brubeck. Ever hear that last name? Also took classes at University of Maryland, another damn good school.
If those classes were to be made free, you think all of a sudden schools like MIT or Harvard or Stanford or Princeton will go down hill and be no better than a local community college?
