Senator Jeff Murphy says that Trump will cause the death of millions if he does not fund USAID, etc.
They are not the responsibility of the govt of THEIR country......they are the responsibility of our country. It is the job of the American Taxpayers. The world's burden. How long does it take for a nation to develop with all the aid that we send to them?? What do they do with the money??
And what about Trump getting European nations to pay for ALL of the Patriot missiles that are going to Ukraine? How great can he be...and he need not even do it, especially with all the stress, there is a 40M bounty on his head from Iran. He does something great every day. Y'all are ignoring real stories today. You let Epstein suck the life out of the Forum. Who cares? And for the record, no matter what we might learn from the files, you are aware that NO ONE is ever punished for anything anymore. They will go after Comey for his crijmes, but even if it is proven, do you think for a minute he will be punished?
Watch Trump skyrocket our country.

have you thought about writing a book?
Here are some titles you can use, for free, because i am a communist:
"20 different ways to suck de pecker of a pedophile"
"Rectum of a pedophile, an acquired taste" "Bending over for a rapist for fun and profit"
"I sold my soul and my country and all i got was this lousy t-shirt"

DM me, i have loads of ideas.

Edit. If you're worried writing books is hard, don't worry about it. MAGAs can barely read. We can fill 500 pages with random words and we'll just have you kneeling with your face in his crotch or his ashole. It will sell a bunch

Its quid pro quo.

A service for a service.
The USA has the dollar which is the world's reserve currency. People hear that so often that it has lost its meaning. Did America build up the greatest most powerful military machine to become the world's only remaining Superpower? No. People get it twisted. Its the other way round. Because the dollar is the exchange mechanism by which every nation trades with every other nation the US rose to the top of every other nation. America is the most powerful nation in the world because it prints the US dollar so much so that it can outspend the rest of the world combined to have the most powerful military force.

And if you don't think America has used that force to protect its monopoly on world trade, then in recent times you only have to consider Iraq and Libya. Both nations thought they could promote an oil payment system free of the US dollar and we know what happened to them. China is threatening that monopoly, but that is another conversation for another thread.

All this to say for what? The US dollar as world reserve currency has advantaged the US by being able to pass on its money printing devaluation activities as a subtle taxation onto the rest of the world. And most nations gladly accept that because America's military keeps the lanes of world trade open and free. America is the world's police force.

So its not the responsibility of the US to give aid to any and every nation that is overwhelmed by international economics, its America's obligation. Quid pro quo. How long do you think the rest of the world will be enamored to let the US simply take without giving back?

A nice thoughtful post, not saying you are all wrong. But, here we are. Leave it to SHouse to rake the past, or, how we got here,
So please continue. Moving forward, What are you saying that the USA should do that we don’t already? BTW I hope the other nations that seem to look down upon us are happy that we closed off Iran. We could not do that if we could not build $2B B2bombers. We need that bomber money, protecting the world. Should we hardly support it too!?!? Do those nations support border invaders and spend that subject money like we do? Sorry, don’t want to get ahead of your response…..what we are supposed to do.

Quid pro quo…,.hmm This for that….who does or has done what This, and who does or has done what That?

Moving forward:-

America is not a new start up. Disrupting the market should not be its strategy. Softly, softly, quietly does it. A super Super Tanker needs to communicate at all times to everyone concerned. No sudden moves. Its not a speedboat. Anyone leading uses part carrot, part stick. You can't go all stick and expect people to follow. America will have to be a lot more fiscally responsible. A debt mountain devalues the stock of dollars in circulation, and it affects other nations disproportionately more than the US. If other nations get compensated for supporting the Dollar standard through AID and calm negotiation then its in their best interest to keep supporting the US dollar.

Lastly America needs to lead by example. Look after your own people! Give them healthcare and educate them and fund poverty and social inequality out of existence. If that means you reduce your military budget by half a percent, then do so. Getting a coalition of nations to subscribe to democratic principles is why they handed you the baton after WW2. Does that mean America can simply sit on its laurels and devolve into a petulant selfish teenager that constantly demands more yet is not self aware enough to recognize how much more it benefits from its position in the world, will be its downfall.

Yeah, I think the whole issue about using real cane sugar instead of HFCS in American Coca Cola is a much more important [d*str*ct**n] issue, because Trump says it's so much better.

(Also, I wonder if Trump has been sneaking real Coke on the side when he's supposed to be sticking to Diet Coke -- maybe that could explain the persistent bruise on his hand and his swollen ankles.)

Oh oh oh! Maybe Trump cut a deal with King Charles to be injected with some royal blood taken from one of the swollen purple fingers of HRM.

Your obsequious ass-kissing of a megalomaniac wanna-be dictator turns my stomach.

And Murphy is right. More like tens of millions. Those people were barely hanging on with our help.

Does the word 'altruism' ever occur in your vocabulary? Probably not, for someone who loves money as much as you.

Yes. For a country that keeps claiming America First, many feel like they are treated last. It seems much more like Rich White Men First.

How much more "Let them eat dirt" do we have to see happening before talk of revolution begins to spread?

Ooh, there's no bread, let them eat cake
There's no end to what they'll take
Flaunt the fruits of noble birth
Wash the salt into the earth

But they're marching to Bastille Day
The guillotine will claim her bloody prize
Free the dungeons of the innocent
The king will kneel and let his kingdom rise

Ooh, bloodstained velvet, dirty lace
Naked fear on every face
See them bow their heads to die
As we would bow when they rode by

And we're marching to Bastille Day
The guillotine will claim her bloody prize
Sing, oh choirs of cacophony
The king has kneeled to let his kingdom rise

Lessons taught but never learned
All around us anger burns
Guide the future by the past
Long ago, the mould was cast

For they marched up to Bastille Day
The guillotine claimed her bloody prize
Hear the echoes of the centuries
Power isn't all that money buys

-- Rush, Bastille Day, "Caress of Steel", 1975

Misrepresentation, misdirection, wishful thinking, and a little bit of "no one is ever punished so why should we care". Pathetic.

How does the orange D taste like?

Why are you supporting kiddy diddlers and child trafficking?

I would say Rich White A-holes. There are plenty of women benefiting from Trump's disasters.

Why hasn't the revolution talk spread?

Wait, you think we've "closed off" Iran?

Really? Look, your lying, inept Orange Jesus isn't THAT godly. New studies on the damage to Iran claims it was only 1/3 what Trump said it was. So stop claiming that it was some miraculous "hand of God" with America that day. In fact America has one hell of a long way to go to actually please God. So just stop it with the ignorant cheerleading for even just one day, if you can.

Point taken. But remember, everyday women were early casualties with the rollback of Roe v. Wade. And the glass-ceiling for women's income still exists.

As for revolution talk, it's early yet. The disgruntlement in the population, on a timeline similar to America's independence with April 1775 being the first open warfare, is about 1770. We're not there yet by any stretch.

Yeah, US women got screwed with that rollback. I haven't seen US numbers but in Denmark women in their 20s now out earn men. I read a similar study from the UK. Things are changing.

Five years is too slow. Trump already rules the Congress, the Senate, and the SC. He's even bragging about gerrymandering on (inter)national TV, and he doesn't mind saying out loud that he wants "North Korean" standards or that he wants to change the laws so he can do what he wants. Fascism has to be stopped before all the smart people are out of all positions of power and all the moronic bootlickers are there.
