OK. they were about to take over the whole country.
Because once they were in the capitol building, they were officially in control of the entire government and its military, all the way down to every city in America because everyone had to do whatever they say.
That's how coupe works, right?

Wow 60 days....obviously the court knew it wasn't a serious statement.
Even if true, how does that amount to overthrowing the government?
