A tran person athlete in middle school takes 3 events hosted for 7th Grade girls. All the girls were boxed out. It is difficult to see these girls realize that they can never win. Marauder says there are only a few tran people, but you see, that means that 'a few' girls were beaten. If there are 20 tran people, and 10 girls in a race, then 200 girls in our country (4 per state) will face failure and have their dreams dashed.
Thankyou Marauder and friends, all of you constitutional geniuses, who IGNORE Title IX????????????????????????????????????????
And who ignore these girls, who are lesser than boys in ability,. If the daughter of one of our loser tran devotees loses to one of these freaks, what would their positions be? And why don't they answer that?
@AverageJoe1 saidGreat news! Thanks for the info.

the way you phrased it sounds like The Rock participated instead in a pink miniskirt and trampled the girls to death
you're pathetic and sad
@AverageJoe1 saidI have a dream.

One of these days, you'll stop denigrating girls/women.
I guess I can dream.
Answering your question: Because it's a dumb-ass question, asked by a misogynist.
@AverageJoe1 saidTitle IX of the Civil Rights Act was meant to encourage participation in women's sports not restrict it.

The SCOTUS has already ruled that VII of the same law bars firing a transgender gender person because it is illegal sex discrimination. Hard to see how a different section of the same law's logic wouldn't apply to "firing" an identical person from an athletic competition.
@Zahlanzi saidTheres a reason why the examples they use of transmales "dominating" women's sports are always like ping pong, billiards or three legged races.

It's a made up problem.
@no1marauder saidBefore you get too far afield, I have tried to limit my discussions of men wearing dresses being women. My question has always been that you and I, being two neighbors that live next to each other that have a chat in the backyard. We don’t have to know anything about the law. Let’s say it’s 400 years ago and we’re sitting around a campfire. A boy comes up and says he wants to race the girls in a girl race that has been set up by the tribal elders. My question has always and forever been,,,,should it be right that the boy race the girls. (Note that I do not say ‘be allowed to).

It is that simple , but your responses always go into Netherland, and bring up what the law says. The law may say that a boy can kill a girl. I might ask the group, ‘ do y’all think it’s right for a boy to kill a girl.’ Cliff Mashburn might say that it is not OK. You would however, say that well it depends on what someone else says, like lawmakers or constitutions or the guy down the street on Maple Avenue. I am not asking anything other than, would it be OK for the boy to kill the girl.
Whew. I would have to say. as erudite as you presume to be, you are the most ineffective on the forum., setting aside Sunhouse for the moment
@Zahlanzi saidYou are totally off subject. Is it OK for a boy to race and beat girls at a girls event. I repeat in a girls event.

Are you a student of marauder?
Give it a rest. How about you start a thread on the corruption of withholding the facts of Biden‘s terminal illness. Jesus.
@wildgrass saidYou too missthe point. I am writing about boys and girls. You fellas want to write about a third distinction that has, after the last 10,000 or maybe 100,000 years, been created in just a few years, by a bevy of ghouls.

I cannot believe you grown men can glom onto something like this?
You don’t have daughters.
@AverageJoe1 saidIt was for me. Love to listen to you cry. Whew! your a broken record.
This was not informative in any way. Whew.
@AverageJoe1 saidthey are 13 year old children, you lunatic. what do you think will happen if they play together? Is this how little you think of girls, that they will explode in a million pieces if they are confronted with a trans girl?

He never hears himself when he does this, as long as other stupid people agree, he's happy, kinda like Trump.
@AverageJoe1 saidAnd now you change the narrative to murder.

You just gave up any pretense you had to... well, anything.
Do you actually think you're protecting women? You're only pretending to.
