Everybody has "medical issues" of some sort. But relying on reproductive ability to make an all-encompassing definition of a woman is incredibly stupid even by the dim witted standards of right wingers.
Sure, I compare certain types of cosmetic surgery to another. All you show is your intense ignorance and hatred of others to deny they are essentially the same thing i.e. alterations of the body by artificial means in order to, in the patient's opinion, to improve their body. That you have disgust and dislike of one group doesn't alter that simple fact.
I've showed you some scientific studies of athletes showing those supposed differences in average persons has no application to performance levels of transgender women to cisgender women. If they did, transgender women really would be "dominating" women's sports when instead you guys have to pore through YouTubes and Foxnews articles to find examples of transgender women actually winning an occasional event. Of course, even when they don't you whine about their participation like the fencer who finished 24th out of 38; you even more a hero out of her quitter opponent (who was rated considerably higher and would have been a heavy favorite in the match).
Heck, even when they lose, you make heroes out of poor sports like the two cisgender girls who finished 3rd and 4th in an event but refused to stand on a same podium with a transgender girl who finished 5th.

If and when the day comes that scientific studies show that transgender women have an unfair advantage in actual performance that cannot be mitigated by remedial measures then I'll agree that sports governing bodies (not politicians) should take action. But we're nowhere near that yet so stop insisting they be discriminated against just to score political points among the mis and uninformed.

Improve the body for medical reasons, like a nose job to be able to breath better and like I said it doesn’t change their actual sex does it silly boy? I don’t hate anyone, I would say thats you and your type impeding on the rights of women and little girls right to compete without men or boys in their sports, creating unfair advantages, locker rooms and bathrooms being a safety risk and not to mention making them very uncomfortable especially in school age children being naked around fully intact boys. This does show, say something about you and your group.
No, I actually gave you many facts that shows they do have unfair advantages, and you gave me dumb examples like about Adam apples. This isn’t even the main reason their not women or girls just because they feel more feminine than masculine and think this makes them a woman. Btw many are complaining male and female even realistic trans and lgbtq members, not to mention the large majority of Americans. Look at a picture of William Thomas and see the difference in muscle mass, lung size and capacity and other things I’ve mentioned. Now look at the women he competes against and tell me I’m wrong or it’s fair. After puberty there’s no reducing these things to fair levels period, besides him not being a woman as clearly seen to start with. Tell me what makes a man a man?
