2028 is a long time away. Asymptotic slopes, Bergsonian time-compression (or duration expansion?) and perhaps some new unexpected factors between now and then.
I'm not advocating this, but I imagine we might see more attempts at political assassinations this summer in the USA.
I think AOC is brilliant and has the right ideas, but I wonder if she would be willing to listen to anyone else -- a problem that both Obama and Trump seem to have shared.
However, I think a good move that AOC and Bernie have been making with their rallies is that they are trying be more persuasive instead of (as some have attempted) just declaring: "This is the correct-think for our times."

That all of that should be wiped away at the whim of a self-important mortal and whatever craven ninnies or power-seekers flock around him to do his bidding without objection or contrary counsel is nothing that any true American should support.
And before you or anyone else thinks to say that sounds a lot like the "no true Scotsman" logical fallacy, let's hope we see you in court instead of on the battlefield.

Doctor., heal thyself.
But as you might know, sometimes the wounded healer is the best healer (or maybe a wounded healer could be a better-than-average healer -- something like that seems more realistic).
You don't need to be perfectly healed from whatever traumas and slings and arrows you might have suffered so far, but could you perhaps consider not being a source of those toward others from now on?
P.S. -- Just recently I wished you had thought to give up forum activity for Lent, but now I'm glad you didn't, because otherwise I probably wouldn't have written this very post.
