I know what climate change is dolt boy, it has changed through out the history of the world.
My question was, and it remains a legitimate question, even if I've given up asking the fanatics, is: What is the temperature now, and what should it be if man never ventured out of the caves and learned to light a fire?
http://climate.nasa.gov/scientific-consensus/
Ninety-seven percent of climate scientists agree that climate-warming trends over the past century are very likely due to human activities, and most of the leading scientific organizations worldwide have issued public statements endorsing this position.
Who on this forum is better qualified?

The fact is that mean temperatures are rising and the rise correlates
with increased CO2 and we (Mankind) produce the CO2.
Now maybe increasing temperatures cause us to burn more stuff ... but
I see it the other way around.

If man never rose to his current status, never discovered electricity and all the rest of those great things if he remained no more than an ape, the temperature would not increase it would go in a straight line right across the page.

Originally posted by wolfgang59Of course that begs the question what caused warming before men, before industrialisation. But you made an attempt, a poor attempt, it was more than the dodges and evasion the others came up with.

If you want to argue that they are wrong then the onus is on you to demonstrate this. It is not on us to convince you, since your inability to grasp the science is your problem, reflecting a poor education and prior ideological commitment.

You were asked the same question, you had no idea of the answer so you tried evasion and insult, should have just shut up.
robbie also had no idea, he also resorted to evasion and insult.
The one that asks might be ignorant, that's why they ask. The one with the bs answers and insults, well, that's you.
Originally posted by WajomaYou talk such rubbish. You seem to consider that relying on published scientific reports is evasive when it clearly is not evasive at all - it directly deals with your [silly] question.

Any suggestion that I am being insulting, however, is entirely accurate. Your earlier post has given great amusement to a number of people already and I am sure will continue to do so, because it is so stupid it stands out for stupidity; in any contest for the most stupid response it will do well.

World climate is a dynamic equilibrium, it changes greatly
over millennia. What Man is doing is promoting a fast
climate change which does not allow any eco-systems time
to adjust.
