Yes. Europe has been exploiting the 3rd world throughout its history and continues to do so. I predict that they too will see a collapse in wages as labour markets become more mobile. Until very recently only low paid jobs requiring little to no education were outsourced in large numbers. However, with dramatically improved education in most third world countries we should soon start to see more and more higher paying jobs moving.
