Debates

Consider the 3 main differences in Republicans and Democrats... Here is the first one..... Conservatives and Progressives have different views about individuals and communities..

Conservatives ask: "What can I do for myself, my community, and fellow citizens.?"

Progressives ask: What is unfair??? What am I owed? What has offended me today? What must my country do for me?"

Can you give an example of Republican policy that was passed for the "community"?

For example, Dems have climate change policies that were passed under Obama. What conservative policies for the "community" have been passed?

@AThousandYoung
Trump says FUK THE LOT OF YOU I AM OUT FOR MYSELF.

To be fair. Biden is a complete right-wing, dishonest, old-aged dolt.

However, to be honest, even if he was dead he’d still make a better president than trump.

You forgot to mention that "conservatives" are good-looking, kind, and always smiling and live in sunny villages, while "progressives" live in tall, dark towers while manically laughing, with thunder and eerie music in the background.

But this is all just an article by the highly respected Heritage Foundation, I'm paraphrasing, I think it has a lot of merit,,,,,,Please dont take it personally, as I do not take hatred of Trump personally.

Here is the next difference... For progressives, different ethnicities and gender identities are welcomed, but a variety of opinions and ideas are not. College free speech is under attack. They have different views about diversity and choice (I'm always railing about Bernie taking away choice). They love the word, but they don't want it to apply to our decisions on education, health care, and even how and where we live out our religious faith.

Conservatives have a different approach: Parents, not the zip code they live in, choose the schools for their children. We all need health care, but we don't all need the same kind or same amount. Conservatives say people should have choices....Progressives say that one political solution fits all.

Dont shoot the messenger. More to come. Lively stuff.

What is unfair??? - Life.

What am I owed? - Nothing.

What has offended me today? - Nothing.

What must my country do for me? - Again, nothing.

This is a phrase used when the "messenger" brings "bad news".

When the "messenger" brings BS he deserves whatever he gets.
