The poll you cited says regardless of such concerns, Biden would still beat Trump if the election were held today and by about the same margin as 2020.

The usual terms with election result deadline. Pending any election fraud legal challenges since both major political parties have alleged election meddling in the past. That is only fair. The official results will be accepted, regardless of allegations that cannot be legally proven in the end.
