Biden Ends Al Queda Leadership

Biden Ends Al Queda Leadership

Debates

@jimm619

Help me out here, Jimm (or others). Osama bin Laden was the #2 man in al Qaeda, as I recall, and this
Ayman al-Zawahiri was always the #1 man in al Qaeda, correct? Is this al-Zawahiri the brain doctor or head doctor?

This is weird.

Obama should have ended Afghanistan after killing Bin-Laden since his campaign promise was to bring troops home. Instead, he spends the next several years killing civilians in drone strikes.

Biden's pull out was disastrous and needlessly chaotic, resulting in immediate deaths with no escape or warning left for Afghanis. The ordeal was shameful. That said, unlike Trump, Biden had the balls to pull out.
Well, you're just wrong all over the place, vivfy.

#1 As pointed out in another thread, @Trump negotiated the May 1 pullout of US forces with the Taliban, not Biden.

#2 Joe Biden renegotiated the pullout date to September 1. His State Department gave *many* notifications to Americans
in Afghanistan to get out, and that started in April of the year (2021). So any American still in Afghanistan by June 1,
only has themself to blame. (psssstt... it's called accountability)

Isn't this the same al-Zawahiri who died from asthma a couple of years ago?

Gee, who to believe? It's not like US intelligence community would ever lie to the American people!
That was just a rumor:

https://theprint.in/theprint-essential/who-is-ayman-al-zawahiri-al-qaeda-chief-rumoured-dead-who-resurfaced-on-9-11-anniversary/732617/

"In a video released on anniversary of 9/11, Ayman al-Zawahiri cited incidents from January 2021, which is months after he was presumed to be dead."

You didn't specify what I was "wrong" about. Please enlighten me.

These are silly lies; Biden actually extended the time of the withdrawal past Trump's May 1 deadline.

There clearly was hardly any will among the Afghans to fight for the puppet government.
A miracle! we actually agree, No1.

I saw two cities that *celebrated* the Taliban upon their return. American people got sold a bag of goods on this deal.

Apparently he spent 3 weeks with Elvis in Minnesota last year.
So, he was alive. 🤣🤣

BINGO!!

That's what I was driving at, I too was under the impression he died.

Yeah, this guy was a real surgeon.
Apparently, Osama was the charismatic recruiter/money-man
but this guy was the behind the scenes brains of the outfit.

Vivify, don't play games with me. See #1, #2

Thanks. I had to pinch myself reading this. I was sure the guy died some time ago, or so we were told.

Anyway, interesting tidbit for you... One of OBL's responsibilities within al Qaeda was to acquire chemical weapons, like sarin gas.

Trump, after 4 years, didn't have the balls to pull troop outs of Afghanistan, when he could've done so at any time. What "lie"?

@jimm619 said
The GOP started it, Biden ends it.
Trump could have done this but, according to this article,
he was ignorant as to the importance of this terrorist.
Hard to believe #45 was commander-in-chief.

How many times has he been killed?

Did Biden kill ELVIS too?

has anyone heard from the dod on this? anything other than biden saying so? what is this now...about ten times this guy has been reported killed?
So the takeaway here is that you don't recognize fake media (like Fox News) when you hear it after all?

Same to you, Mr. All-Media-Lies.

So you can't tell lie from fact after all?

While you debate over the dates, the issue is still that there were too few troops to support a clean exit from Afghanistan.
That belongs to Trump on his Dec 7 reduction announcement.
If Trump had won the election, then it would have been his disaster.
