@averagejoe1 saidIt was 1.4% when Biden took office. It went straight up to 9.1% in July 2021, and is now about 7%. Given there was covid and other factors, like Biden closing pipeline, etc, but WHY does he mention the name Trump all the time? Like y'all do...you would mention Trump if we were discussing cookies.

@averagejoe1 saidThe hate for him is so strong, just voicing it gives them a sense of righteousness as if hate alone could do that. Instead, it only shows them to be little people filled with hate who must voice it at every opportunity, it consumes them.

@kellyjay saidKelly, is it OK for y'all to hate Trump? Do you have any idea how silly lib comments are? You never close your posts. At LEAST you could have said that we hate Biden (we don't really) like you hate Trump (which you do).

@averagejoe1 saidI don’t hate Trump or Biden at the moment Trump is just a citizen who held office. I don’t think about him, any more than any other Ex President once they are out of office they are out of power.

While in office I pray for them, and I mean for them not to have bad things happen to them.
For me when this type of thing is going on it reveals what type of people we are, out of the abundance of our hearts our mouths speak. What comes out when we are spewing hate?

@kellyjay saidOf course, I am glad to hear you say that. I spect that no one on this forum 'hates' anyone, surely not a president who has a hard job. That is a given, but the word is thrown around so much that I think we all accept that has many ramifications, just a turn of phrase to make a point. Yes, you are right. And how could one hate an 80-year old man who is truly challenged, maybe living in the wrong place.

@jj-adams saidYes, I read that $7200 is how much buying power dropped, on average, for 2022. Hard to imagine for folks who already are cutting it close, maybe had too many children to afford, but I digress.
Only two years into Biden and I can't afford to buy doodley-squat compared to before he took office.
@jj-adams saidIt's the mindset of if I believe it, it is true for me. Reality only breaks into someone's life when they start doing things that affect the real world around them, and this is not exclusive to Democrats, it is a human thing. Some cannot even tell what bathroom they need to go they are so far removed from reality.
The mental manipulations of the Dems is amazing, they can make up the most ridiculous lies and believe every word.
