He was a hearsay witness, but they charged him with a crime he did not commit to get him to testify against Trump for a plea deal. He did not even know about it until the other two told him and since it was hearsay we don't even know it is true.

If he was a co conspirator what did he do to be one? Be specific.
Who are you talking about? Nauta or De Oliveria?

If it's the former, the first indictment charges him with multiple acts of trying to conceal the classified materials Trump had stolen.

If it's the latter, the article I provided says he told the director of IT at Margo Largo that the "boss" wanted the server deleted after the materials on it had already been subpoenaed.

Nauta.

If he was a co conspirator what did he do to be one? Be specific. He changed his story when he was railroaded with false charges to avoid being financially ruined with endless lawyer fees. Government did that to John Kiriakou. They prosecuted him on bogus charges they knew would not stick. Then after he was financially ruined they dropped the charges.

Just because the charges are bogus does not mean they cannot ruin you to punish you for being a whistleblower. And it is just as much to send a message to anyone else that may think about blowing the whistle on the CIA.

You naivety about how things really work is noted.

If you had ever bothered to read the indictment you'd know.

You understand what a plea deal is, don't you?

Instead of being financially ruined with bogus charges he struck a plea deal and recanted her testimony. Contrary to what you might believe, false charges can ruin a person unless they are wealthy. They still have to hire a lawyer to defend against malicious prosecution. From the link below:

"Nauta pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement. As part of that plea deal, the felony charges against her were dismissed. Nauta was sentenced to a year in prison, with all of that time suspended and two years probation. She must also pay $7,650 in restitution, Van de veld said"

Ask John Kiriakou. John Brennan knew the charges would not stick, but they served to ruin John Kiriakou. Then the charges were dropped. Financial ruin was the only goal. The same methods were used to sue for patent infringement where there was none. Ask Edwin Armstrong.

That's the wrong Nauta; Walt is Trump's co-conspirator.https://www.pbs.org/newshour/amp/politics/[WORD TOO LONG].google.com

Okay. My mistake.
Walt seems to be the star witness though. Where is the evidence he co conspired with Trump? I read he just heard from the other 2 conspirators of Trump's alleged plan. That is called hearsay.

Democrats Roast Republicans

I was gonna make an elaborate joke about how Hunter Biden deserves to be impeached and so does Biden because of the outrageous corruption that happened when Biden appointed his son to work with the Saudis and Hunter received 2 billions of saudi money. Corruption and nepotism.

But then i remembered just how many imbeciles there are on the forum and how it will probably fly over their heads.

With no qualifications, Hunter Biden was hired by the white house as an "innovation advisor", then flies to Saudi Arabia and goes over the head of the secretary of state to negotiate an arms deal on official us letterhead that was extremely friendly to the Saudis. Upon return, he starts up an investment bank, the managing of which he has no experience, and his largest client by far becomes the Saudi government and they invest $2 billion. This generates ~$25 million per year in asset management fees.

Nothing to see here. Just a day in the life of Hunter Biden.

P.s. forgot to mention that on numerous visits hunter insisted that US diplomats were out of the room for discussions, and in the wake of these meetings the crown prince told his advisors that hunter was "in his pocket".

Write on. I see where the $25M investment fee, on a $2B investment, was charged by Jared's totally legal company. Why do y'all write about that? Why? To muddy up the posts? That is a STANDARD fee charged by all of these outfits, like Morgan Stanley. It rubs you libs wrong because you simply think no one should make that much money. I pay my advisor 5%. Think about what you are saying. Just pitiful. Do you want to invest yourself, or pay some knowledgeable guy 5% to invest your money? Do you think that he should make money for you, for free? Are you Suzianne, or Kevin, or another Marxist?
Please expound.
