Why conservative judges? To apply the Constitution to the facts of a case being adjudicated. This is, and always has been, the total purpose of Scotus. That is simply it. Conservative Judges do that. If liberal judges would do that, I would be happy to have them on the court.

So, as I am sure that you agree he should not, it follows that a strict constructionist at SCOTUS will protect the rights of Mr. Smith and his savings account, and rule that they will overturn the decision of the lower court (of liberal judges).

Dont know about the bleach comment, has to be more to it than that, but I'm not going to study his past comment nor those of Joe. Got a lot going on. Like, the wall, thank god. Almost 300 miles. Anyway, it was reasonable to expect warm weather to quell such bugs. I see no problem with that comment. The tax breaks were for corps and for citizens. You didnt apparently get that part.
