He tells them what he wants for America and its citizens (freedom, liberty, prosperity, pursuit of happiness, no oppressive government, abiding by constitution, etc) and they put it all in a speech, tailored for the audience to whom he is speaking. Actually, you are part of that audience, but apparently not listening, since you seem to want other people's stuff. He does not preach that sort of thing.

So you figure it's ok for Trump to ignore all advice like what the SENATE REPUBLICAN intel committee just posted, that Russia in fact DID interfere with our elections.
Or the advice of his own intel folks that Russia was paying bounties on the death of American soldiers.
