The democrats elect their leader at point A and the US citizens get to vote if they want him/ her or not.

Geert Wilders doesn’t even have party members.
Most political parties only give members a tiny say in who the leader should be.

Those are the delegates picked by the voters in the primaries and caucuses. And nowhere near a majority of Democrats voted in those.

I'm hoping Harris plays it smart and picks Josh Shapiro as VP.
