He didn't "steal lines from a Kinnock speech"...he took a story told by Kinnock about his life and made it his, claiming it happened to him.
You always try to make excuses and mitigate whatever Biden does and play it off like it's no big deal, while simultaneously you amplify whatever Trump does and act like it's the end of the world.
Why?.
The Guardian has reported on this:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/sep/07/neil-kinnock-joe-biden-1987-scandal

"Biden duly sprinkled phrases from the speech into his own remarks on the campaign trail but was always careful to credit Kinnock. However, in a debate with Michael Dukakis, Jesse Jackson, Al Gore and others at the Iowa State Fair, he rushed through the Kinnock passage in his closing statement and forgot to name its source.

Jeff Wilser’s biography, The Book of Joe, recounts: “Nailed it, he thought. The crowd was silent, enthralled, and even in tears. Biden left the stage feeling pretty good about things.”

“Only one problem. An aide leaned in and said, ‘Pssst, you forgot to credit Kinnock.’

“Sh**. In his hurry, he had failed to squeeze in the usual accreditation. Prior to this, he had never claimed it as his own, and it had never been a problem.”

Yes. After a lifetime of meeting military personnel in various contexts, Biden mixed up three separate incidents all of which DID happen, in order to present a narrative highlighting the heroism of American soldiers.

A story may not be exactly accurate in every detail, but it's wrong to call it a lie if it conveys a broader truth: American soldiers have certainly show ...[text shortened]... .politifact.com/factchecks/2019/sep/04/joe-biden/facts-behind-joe-bidens-blended-story-battlefield-/
NONE of those stories are anything like Biden's claim of a full Navy Captain gritting his teeth and with a grimace on his face telling him he didn't want the Silver Star that Biden never pinned on him or anybody else.
Nice try.

No. He pinned a Bronze Star on U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Chad Workman in 2011 in Wardak Province, Afghanistan, even though the Sgt. didn't want it at the time.

Biden has confused a couple of narratives. I'm not sure why, but if you meet enough military over the years, I guess that can happen.

It's not a lie because he is not intentionally trying to mislead with "facts" he knows to be wrong.

TOTAL LIE BY The Guardian:
HERE is Biden, using Kinnock's speech but putting his wife and himself and family history in place of Kinnock: (Go to 3:35 for his speech)

(Also Biden's family were never coal miners)

No matter what Joe Biden does, they make excuses for him and try to legitimize his cartoon-like stories.

Investigating claims that Biden was lying about his family’s coal mining history, the Post found that “there is little doubt Biden’s great-grandfather was a politician and a mining engineer, not a mine worker. Biden’s great-great-grandfather appears to have spent more time in the mines”

As for the mash-up, that clip is from the Iowa State debate in 1987. It's been stipulated that he forgot the attribution. He starts his closing around 1h47.

Biden is passionately defending the idea that America is "A Land of Opportunity," which is not a false notion. It's a flowery speech, but nothing particularly false.

So no lies. Sorry.

15.
I followed your link.joe lots of NYP opinions listed but not one actual lie by Biden cited

You mean not like when trump lies about losing the 2020 election or not sexually assaulting his friends wife in a rental changing room or having sex with stormy Daniel’s while his own wife was nursing his brand new baby. Them sort of actual lies told for actual political reasons.
Who would you trust with your money a guy who may forget where he put it or a guy that will definitely steal it, I’d rather take my chances with doddery old Biden than Trump the pathological liar
But hey I’m stuck with a choice between Sunak the billionaire who knows nothing about the struggles of ordinary people and could care even less and Starmer who knows about the struggles of ordinary people but won’t do a thing about it for fear of not being elected
Until the masses demand a better deal these are the twots we lumber ourselves with but trump is by far the most toxic and malicious out of them all. You’d have to go to China, Russia or Iran to find a comparison with trump

His great-great grandfather wasn't a miner either.

I have eight great-great-grandfathers.

Farmer
Farmer
Reverend (Anglican)
Transport Rider
Reverend (Baptist)
Grocer
Owned a feldspar mine in Elam, PA
Not Completely Sure (Maryland)

So it is SURPRISINGLY EASY to have miners (even PA miners!) in your background!

Blah blah blah Biden tried to make it sound like he and his immediate family were poor coal miners.
They weren't.

Biden's machinations are the sign of a sick mind, and he's done it all his life. He has never been right in the head.
You believe this. I'm not saying it's true, just that you believe it.

And yet you support Donald Trump.

Actually, I guess that's the same thing.

You believe a lot that's not true.
