We live in a dictatorship. Israel is not officially a US state. It might as well be though. It is obviously a puppet nation of the western empire. The British Empire had a Jewish state created, had their puppet France fund Israel, then had the USA fund their attack dog in the middle east ever since.

Congress is only involved if a war is declared, so now presidents wage wars without declaring them wars. This how you know the Rockefellers have had complete control over presidents for a long time. Power of the executive branch keeps expanding. They obviously wanted it that way for a reason. They had confidence of maintaining that complete control until Trump got into office. Then they had to pass laws limiting executive power to make unilateral changes.
