For some strange reason you think the fact every health institute (not literally, but you said it) in the world lied is debatable. It is not. All that is debatable is when they lied. Did they lie the first time like they told us afterwards, or did they lie the second time after they figured out it would boost gene vaccines sales?

Masks help a little. Everyone knows this. So, when it became clear (EXTRA INFORMATION THROUGH RESEARCH) that asymptomatic spreading was occuring (people not knowing that they were ill) they revised their stance.
