@Great-Big-Stees saidI think it is pretty brazen to try to pass an unconstitutional law based on the assumption Tyler Robinson is guilty. And very few people are trying to get answers to questions like where is the gun in the videos they say is Tyler on the roof. How can a man walk with a long rifle in his pants? That is how they are claiming he got it there.
Thanx for the info. I will add that to my “learn something new everyday” file.
How about proving Tyler is guilty before passing stupid laws? Because I don't think he is guilty. I think he is a patsy and I'll bet he would say so if the news media had a chance to ask him. Meanwhile I will try to figure out how I can walk with a rifle in my pants without looking like a fool.

@Metal-Brain saidI’m no gun expert but I think a rifle can be “broken down” into smaller components. Maybe he had a back pack? Although I’m starting to wonder if, in the USA, you are still innocent till proven guilty, we’ll see what happens.

@Great-Big-Stees saidThe gun was found fully assembled. Why would anybody assemble it before dumping it in the woods? And it takes time to disassemble a rifle like that one. Would you spend that time on the roof after a death penalty offense assassination and hang out at the Dairy Queen to get a bite to eat?

And the note the FBI said he wrote saying he was going to shoot Kirk does not exist. They say it was destroyed, but they forensically verified it existed because of their "aggressive interviewing technique".

Still buying it?
@Metal-Brain saidIsn't that already the case regarding libel/slander ?
US President Donald Trump has shared a video calling for a law that would make media outlets, content creators, and social media networks financially liable for making false claims and unsubstantiated accusations against anyone.
@Metal-Brain saidI meant, re the assembling, that that would be done before the shooting, like on the roof or behind some sort of object. After the shooting he needn’t disassemble it…time wasted.

@Great-Big-Stees saidThat is not what law enforcement claimed.

@Metal-Brain saidYou couldn't make it past page 1.
Quantum Electrodynamics? Good book by Feynman. I highly recommend it.
@Metal-Brain saidFrom what I saw on the “clip” the news showed, he had it with him as he fled off the roof.
How did he get the rifle off of the roof?
@Metal-Brain saidThey claimed it took the time to disassemble it after the shooting?🤔
That is not what law enforcement claimed.
@Great-Big-Stees saidNot in the video I saw.

Can you post a video of him with a gun? Anywhere with a gun?
@Great-Big-Stees saidThe gun was found fully assembled. Are you claiming he disassembled the gun on the roof after shooting a politician? Why not just leave the gun on the roof and flee? And now you have to explain why he reassembled the gun before leaving it in the woods. More time to get caught. Makes no sense.
They claimed it took the time to disassemble it after the shooting?🤔
Patel said DNA was found on the towel left with the gun, but not the gun itself. And he said DNA was found on the screwdriver he left on the roof. Obviously we are supposed to believe he used the screwdriver to disassemble the rifle on the roof, but that would be crazy. Nobody would stick around unless they didn't care if they got caught. Since they say he changed shirts that looks like he was trying to avoid getting caught. Too many inconsistencies.
But he confessed in a note that no longer exists. Because of their "aggressive interviewing". In other words, they interrogated his boyfriend until they got a false confession by threatening to arrest him for being an accomplice.
You have to have a leap in faith to believe Tyler is guilty. You have to believe he was stupid enough to confess in a text message too. It is stupid enough to even carry a phone with you to kill someone. Let alone text that he killed him. It creams of a setup.
He confessed in a text message and in a note before the killing but now he is denying it? That makes no sense either unless he didn't send those text messages and I don't think he did. I think he is a patsy and they framed him.
