They beat everybody else, didn't they? As far as technology is concerned they are doing great. Humans rights? Well that is different matter, but so are a lot of countries that are allies with the USA. Israel for example. The USA helps Israel commit genocide.

Is the USA doing great? Define doing great. Great at what? Killing people?
