FOX News' Chris Wallace deserves a medal for his referee's part in the 1st presidential debate.

Biden Supporters: Tell your guy to get his temper under control. If Biden's goal was to act presidential, I'd give him a C-. Yes, Trump broke the rules and interrupted a lot, but Joe needs to consider the source keep his emotions in check.

Trump Supporters: Tell your guy, debates have rules. Presidential debates are not verbal pissing matches between 8 year olds. Trump took up all his allotted speaking slots and 30% of Joe's. His constant interruptions were just plain juvenile.

Both camps will claims victory of course, but I think they should be ashamed at this pathetic performance. πŸ™

All you Dems have to do is be better than Trump; how hard can it be?

You’ve had 4 years to prepare and you come up with geriatric Jim with a “look at him” message. Where’s the rallying vision, the clear 5-point strategy and the tactical rat-tat-tat?

Hopeless.

This has nothing to do with Chris Wallace or my original post.

You're not the sharpest tool in the shed---are you? 😏

I was reply and referring to this:

Clearly you’re as sharp as Biden.

Under the circumstances, Chris Wallace did a good job. My opinion.

I disagree. Wallace sided with Biden throughout. He laughed with him. He helped him in one healthcare question. Trump hurt himself by talking! Yes, AJoe says that! He should have let your man ramble for 90 minutes. When Trump would interrupt , it actually helped Biden to get his shoes bsck on, as he was almost going each time into an abyss. Trump was poorly coached apparently, but as we all know he never listens!!!!!!

I m however, right once again about Trump! He is changing the way things are done in DC. Watch how they change the way debates are done because of him!!!!!! πŸ˜• πŸ˜• 😠 😠

Wallace lost control of the match early on and never regained it. He should have rebuked the 1st interruption, warned the 2d one that a 3d one would terminate the session, and dropped the curtain on the 3d. If a boxer had kicked his opponent in the balls three times, the referee would have terminated the match. I give Wallace a D-. Lousy referee.

The fact that the debates commission is 'restructuring' future presidential debates is the proof that this last one was a debacle.

Wallace does not deserve a medal.
If I chaired a meeting and let it get out of control like that, I’d be in front of the council explaining why my meds didn’t work.

During a meeting or in a debate you respect the chair. End of:

Warning 1: when the chair speaks, you shut up.

Warning 2: if you continue interrupting I will either:
A: suspend the meeting or
B: Have you removed

Final warning: this is you final warning sir. If you insist on your behaviour I will (either A or B).

If behaviour insists: A or B.

Normally in a meeting I would suspend, ask everyone to leave except the interfering individual and have a man to man word with him.

In this case I would mute their mics, tell them they’re behaving like children and that the tax-paying and voting public deserve better than this and hope their behaviour is better the next time. Meeting adjourned.

End of.

That’s what Wallace should have done.

It's not that easy when one of the participants has thermonuclear weapons and likes to throw temper tantrums.

Of course the Biden fans want to reward Chris Wallace for functioning as Joe Biden's nurse & caretaker.

Shouldn’t make a diference.
A good chairman is not intimidated by the roles people play.

If a chairman is intimidated by power, then he can’t do the job properly.

Trump is always the elephant in the room. He has never learned that sometimes someone else is holding the gavel. Time he learned.
