The media you've all been describing is contrived for one purpose: to control you. It's all phoney. You'll need to become informed without the help of the easily obtained media products.
As long as you're on the internet, why not take advantage of the alternative sources for news. Alex Jones streams a very good broadcast from 11-2 central. Head-to-head with the fat-boy I used to listen to.
Do as you wish, but do not think you are a well-informed citizen if you are getting all your information from cable, etc. No no no.
