@metal-brain saidDon’t be an arse.
He didn't say anything about the prosecution. That gives him plausible deniability.
Besides, he could be talking about indicting Smith. Do you mean threatening to get Smith indicted like Al Dershowitz suggested?
You can believe anything you want. You cannot prove it.
Everyone knows exactly who he’s talking about.
And yes, without context, his comments could mean anything about anyone.
However, if I’m standing in the freezing cold and rain, drenched to my bones and say: “cats and bloody dogs.”
Everyone knows I’m talking about the bloody weather.
Context = everything.
Unless you’re autistic or trailer incel. Seemingly.

He is playing you. He said what he said vaguely to get under your skin because he knows you can't do anything about it. You think that was an impulsive remark, but I am sure he thought out the exact wording he would use ahead of time quite carefully.
Didn't he say something about political speech right afterwards?
He wants you to hate him for saying that. He wants you to support outlawing free speech. He is helping the establishment to accomplish it. Then they will give him a second term. Quid pro quo dude.
@metal-brain saidYou seem to think he’s some kind of master brain.
Plausible deniability.

He’s not. He’s a narcissist who has to bend reality to suit his viewpoints. Anything else or people disagreeing with him (like a prosecution) is damaging his tattered ego… so he lashes out.
Basically, he’s the sort of person who blames his wife for his own mistakes, then beats her up because he can’t handle it all.
You, my cuddly little incel, have been bamboozled. Blinded by his flair, instead of seeing that which is clearly in front of you.
Conned. That’s what you are.
@shavixmir saidI am not suggesting he thought of it.

You have to hate him enough to support ending free speech, especially political speech. Then the Rockefellers will reward him with another term. Then he will blame democrats and play the victim after he facilitated the whole thing. You are falling for it. Did the BBC help your hate for him along?
@metal-brain saidI have no reason to hate him. I don’t live in the US and him as president is the funniest thing to happen in my life time.
I am not suggesting he thought of it.

The BBC, German, Dutch and French news channels have no reason to hate him. He gives them a constant stream of headlines.
Your opinions are all very American: one sided, basically wrong and simplified by paranoid conspiracy theories.
I am European.
Sorry.
We don’t “dig” your stupidity.
@shavixmir saidYou did not answer my question. Did the BBC show you the door that the CP let people enter so you would know it happened? Did the BBC report Trump told his supporters to protest "peacefully" and patriotically or did all you hear was "fight like hell"?

Many people dislike Trump for personal reasons or because the media has succeeded in indoctrinating them against Trump, but once innocence or guilt depends on personal emotions, the rule of law is dead.
@Metal-Brain
You POS Putin loving commie, there are VIDEOS of thousands of people climbing walls and banging down windows to get in and some DIED but in your pathetic zeal to please your boss Putin you want to cherry pick some video's ignoring the REAL threats going on inside or did you forget the hangman noose outside and HANG MIKE PENCE?
Yeah, peaceful as hell. You should be banned not only from here but from the entire human race.
@sonhouse saidI did not start the cherry picking, the corporate news media did. They cherry picked

VIDEOS of (not thousands you exaggerating POS) people climbing walls and banging down windows to get in. They did not show the CP letting others in at the other door. That is called propaganda by omission.
You are trying to make legal speech felony violence. That will destroy what little democracy we have left and you have been brainwashed in to thinking this is saving it. When a democrat cannot speak out against election crap you will regret it too. You are trying to set a dangerous precedent. You know not what you do.
@metal-brain saidPlease.
@sonhouse
We will see how it all plays out in court. The first amendment is on trial.
The Republican Party needs to be renamed the Hyperbole Party.
@shavixmir saidSounds like my kind of logic. Very good, Shav, Thumb up. The supercilious nature of MB and Marauder gets them into trouble on the Forum.

They violate the 11th commandment..."Thou shalt not be too slick"
@moonbus saidExactly.
What is happening to Donald Trump is simply accountability. Grand juries have heard enough evidence to determine there is more than one case to answer. Trump is terrified that the witnesses to be called, people who were "in the room", will speak the truth about what happened. That's why he's lashing out, threatening people with vague 'consequences' if they testify -- that's assuming he's in a position to mete out consequences!
"If you can't do the time, don't do the crime."
@metal-brain saidI think I'll save typing and just call you "stupid" from now on.
He did not threaten anybody. "Come after" can mean anything. He could also mean anyone. Who is he talking about?
@metal-brain saidWhat he has is "implausible deniability".
He didn't say anything about the prosecution. That gives him plausible deniability.
