Not exactly a conspiracy theory, but certainly just as crazy....ever heard of the Sovereign man Movement? Listen to this loon, it's hysterical. The Free Man On The Land and Driving Versus Travelling No License To Drive A Car crowd are all closely related. They are a fascinating group of retarded people.

There was the Reichstag Fire, and the Gunpowder Plot. But, only the US Government has easily confused citizens. After all, once a conspiracy is exposed, it ain't a conspiracy theory, just history. The US Government does a good job constructing their plots. (Innovation. An American Talent!) Or, not a good enough job to hide the loose ends completely. Did you ever hear about a Chinese conspiracy? And the government probably created many of the more bogus CT's on this list just to muddy the waters! (Talkin' 'bout you, alien autopsy!)

I don't think those events were hushed up in their respective countries. Too many missing relatives to blame on alien abductions. They were commonly accepted. When i was in the USSR in 1970 it was hard not to notice that all the old people we saw were women. The Soviet "guide" (babysitter/ escort/guard) even told us the figures: 20 mil men from WW2, 20 mil men from Stalin's purges. Of course, when Uncle Joe was around ...
