correct me if I'm wrong, but it was Trump that made it more difficult for the Cuban immigrants, no?

In Trump's admin, if the Cuban immigrant made it to shore in America, they could stay,
but if the coast guard caught them anywhere in the water, they got sent back to Cuba. How sucky is that.
